Job Description:
Value Health Inc is hiring a Junior Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure scalability and maintainability of Salesforce applications
• Customize Salesforce by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows
• Configure user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and inconsistencies
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning meetings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is an added advantage

Working Conditions:

• Regular day or afternoon shifts (as per business requirements)
• Work from office (Coimbatore)
• May require occasional extended work hours or weekend support
