🎯 Position Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, streamline, and optimize operational processes—driving productivity, cost savings, and quality enhancements.

• Process Analysis & Evaluation: Identify inefficiencies using data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
• Innovation Opportunities: Suggest automation and optimization based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Process Redesign & Optimization: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Change Management: Ensure smooth adoption of process improvements through training and communication.
