Role Description
Acts under the guidance of DevOps leads to set up and manage DevOps tools and pipelines for CI/CD, automation, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to troubleshoot DevOps issues.
• Adapt and reconfigure existing DevOps tools for new use cases.
• Code, debug, test, and document pipelines and automation scripts.
• Automate software/tool installation and configuration (on-prem & cloud).
• Configure CI/CD pipelines for application teams.
• Onboard users and extend DevOps tool usage.
• Support Agile development environments and team collaboration.

Outputs Expected

• Develop components to automate installation, build, and deployment.
• Deliver scripts using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Configure pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.
• Support DevOps migrations and cloud configurations.

Skills Required

• DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Scripting: Python, Shell, PowerShell, Groovy.
• CI/CD & QA Tools: SonarQube, JUnit, Selenium.
• Source Control: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub.
• Build Tools: Maven, Ant.
• Artifact Management: Nexus, Artifactory.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Dashboards & Logs: ELK, Splunk.
• Azure DevOps, ARM Templates, DSC.
• Debugging in C# / .NET.
