Position: DevOps Intern (0-1 Year Experience)
Location: Navi Mumbai / Remote
Duration: Internship (with potential for full-time placement)
Department: DevOps / Cloud Engineering

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated DevOps Intern with a keen interest in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is ideal for candidates eager to explore modern DevOps tools and practices while gaining hands-on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in deploying, maintaining, and monitoring cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• Automation & IaC: Support automation tasks using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Work with Docker and Kubernetes to manage workloads.
• CI/CD & Code Collaboration: Participate in version control with Git/GitHub, assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• DevOps Best Practices: Contribute to automation, monitoring, configuration management, and documentation.
• Learning & Support: Attend training, work with senior engineers, and stay updated with emerging DevOps/cloud trends.

Skills & Requirements

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT, or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting (Bash/Python).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities.
  • Good communication & teamwork.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, Docker Certified Associate).
  • Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD security practices.
  • GitHub/Portfolio showcasing DevOps-related projects.
