As a Junior Engineer - Network Operations, you will:

• Gain familiarity with Network Operations concepts and methodologies.

• Assist in business case development and process flow creation.
• Analyze how proposed changes may impact ongoing operations.
• Determine training needs and develop feature testing procedures.
• Monitor feature performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support quality assurance evaluations.
• Maintain relevant documentation and adhere to company standards.
• Build positive working relationships with teams and stakeholders.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support, if required.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree (any field)
• Experience: 0-2 years (freshers welcome)
• Skills: Strong analytical and project support skills, documentation proficiency, and effective collaboration abilities.
