Your Role Could Include:

Technical Support

• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Resolving network connectivity problems
• Managing IT devices

Software Development

• Writing basic scripts or code
• Software testing and bug tracking
• Participating in code reviews

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data
• Creating dashboards/visualizations (Excel, PowerPoint)

Networking and Infrastructure

• Installing/configuring network hardware
• Monitoring network performance
• Handling security-related tasks

DevSecOps / Cloud

• Automating tasks using scripts
• Supporting cloud infrastructure
• Assisting with CI/CD pipelines

Additional Responsibilities

• Project coordination and progress tracking
• Research and report preparation
• Organizing technical or project-related information

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in progress preferred)
• Experience: Typically 0–1 year in relevant area
• Strong interest in IT, software, or infrastructure roles
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to technical teams
