Job Description

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about tackling new challenges, simplifying technical hurdles, and fostering continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with engineers and software developers to design and implement highly available, secure, and efficient cloud services at an enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, DNS, and load balancing.
• Monitor and promptly respond to alerts from IT infrastructure.
• Provide timely technical support to customers regarding ticketing issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and server issues with cross-functional teams.
• Perform hardware, software, and process recovery procedures.
• Work closely with development teams to establish automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct security, process, and resource compliance audits.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, researchers, and developers.
• Maintain and update asset registers and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for cloud computing and a drive to expand knowledge in the field.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs and ensure service continuity.
