Job Description:
UiPath is hiring a Product Support Engineer I to provide technical and product support in pre-sales and post-sales stages. The role involves troubleshooting UiPath automation workflows, handling product discrepancies, providing customer education, and routing feedback to the product team to enhance UiPath's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the escalation point of contact for UiPath software support.
• Support customers via email and ticketing tools for technical/product issues.
• Troubleshoot bugs, enhancements, and automation workflows.
• Route customer feedback to the Product team.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Product Support.
• Programming knowledge in .NET (C#/VB), Java, Python, Node.js, SQL.
• Prior experience with UiPath automation workflows.
• Knowledge of UiPath Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Added Advantage:

• Experience in other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• UiPath Associate (UiRPA) or Advanced (UiARD) Certification.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, VBA, and MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
