This is a remote position, offering a chance to work with cutting-edge tech and lead digital transformation initiatives for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated desktop support and complex technical issues
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Lead engineering meetings, client onboarding, and project delivery
• Monitor and document support issues using ticketing systems
• Guide technical team through projects, focusing on service excellence
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver innovative IT solutions

Requirements

• Experience with Windows 11+, Windows Server 2022+, and Apple OS
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Sentinel
• Familiar with Microsoft Lighthouse and GDAP
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong technical project management and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs if needed
• Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft/Azure) preferred
