Job Description

Turium AI, a leader in enterprise-grade AI solutions, is hiring a Kubernetes Engineer to join its DevOps & Infrastructure team. The role is ideal for engineers passionate about scalable, secure AI infrastructure and working in an innovative AI-first environment.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters that power cutting-edge AI workloads, collaborating with ML engineers and developers to ensure efficient deployment and performance of enterprise AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and GCP GKE.
• Develop Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and custom controllers.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• Ensure performance, high availability, and security of AI services.
• Implement monitoring/logging via Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki.
• Assist AI/ML teams with GPU workload orchestration and model inference deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment/infrastructure issues.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (RBAC, secrets management, policies).

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Production-grade Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with Helm, GitOps, Docker, and IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Skilled in Bash, Python, or Go scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tools and service mesh like Istio.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, or GPU orchestration in Kubernetes.
• CNCF certifications (CKA, CKAD).
• Familiarity with eBPF, serverless, or mesh optimization.
• Must be available during AEST/AEDT time zones.
