Job Description:
Join Tungsten Automation as a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and support cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure environments. The role involves monitoring cloud systems, handling escalations, maintaining patches, and collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth cloud service delivery. Candidates should have strong Linux/Windows server knowledge, SQL Server experience, and solid networking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor cloud platform performance, system status, and capacity
• Manage storage volumes and cloud resources efficiently
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalations from 2nd line support
• Maintain system patches and updates
• Act as first-line contact for vendor communications and support
• Document work accurately and professionally
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers effectively

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years working with AWS, Azure, or both cloud platforms
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments
• Proficiency with SQL Server and networking protocols (LAN/VLAN)
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and prioritize tasks
• Team player with professional communication skills
