Salesforce Developer – Remote (India)
Company: Trust Payments
Location: Bengaluru (Remote, India)
Type: Full-time
Work Hours: UK Shift (1:30 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST)
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹12 – ₹20 LPA (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full development cycle of the Salesforce (SFDC) platform.
- Design and develop end-user Salesforce solutions.
- Build API integrations with enterprise systems.
- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate technical requirements.
- Drive automation and efficiency within the platform.
- Work in an Agile environment across global teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce custom development
- Experience in API integrations and data automation
- Familiarity with Test Automation and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Leadership experience or team mentoring exposure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payment gateways, acquiring, or financial services
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps within Salesforce
- Experience using standard Salesforce development tools
- Working experience in a global and matrixed environment
