What You'll Be Doing

• Be the Voice of the Customer: Guide users and administrators for a seamless platform experience.
• Solve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot technical issues on cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Own Every Interaction: Handle triage to resolution with high ownership and professionalism.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally using cases, email, and calls to communicate effectively.
• Drive Improvements: Improve tools, processes, and knowledge base content for better efficiency and self-service.
• Document Everything: Maintain clean, thorough case documentation and resolution trails.
• Grow With Us: Engage in technical and cross-functional projects while deepening your SaaS and cloud knowledge.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments
• Hands-on scripting with JavaScript, Python, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell
• Understanding of web application architecture
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for customer success and support ownership

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like IT service management systems
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks
• Exposure to log monitoring tools such as Splunk
• Ability to analyze database logs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• OR 2+ years of experience in technical support or a software development environment
