Job Description
Training Basket is hiring fresh Java developers with hands-on experience or training in Java and SQL. This is a hardcore Java development opportunity, primarily on J2EE for the first 24 months. If you are looking to grow in enterprise application development, this is the ideal job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Java/J2EE platform for backend development
- Build applications using Struts 2.0, Spring 3.0, and Hibernate ORM
- Perform SQL queries and integrate MySQL databases
- Utilize Eclipse IDE and version control via Bitbucket
- Work in a Linux Ubuntu development environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Java applications
- Be involved in projects migrating to modern stacks including REST APIs, Node.js, HTML5, and Xamarin
Skills Required
- Good understanding of Core Java, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, and basic database concepts
- Experience or knowledge in Hibernate, Spring Framework, Struts, ExtJS
- Comfortable with tools like Eclipse, Linux OS, Bitbucket
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Management concepts is a plus
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau is an advantage
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Freshers with project or internship experience are welcome
- Good academic understanding of software development principles
