Role Overview

The DevOps Engineer will manage and automate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability for Trademo’s SaaS platform.

This position is ideal for 2–5 years experienced DevOps professionals with cloud, automation, and containerization expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployments.
• Manage AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure with scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address uptime, latency, and reliability issues.
• Implement system and application-level monitoring/logging (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Improve deployment processes, version control workflows, and environment management.
• Support microservices architecture, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, secrets management, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve incident response.
• Support disaster recovery, backups, and high-availability strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, load balancing, and performance tuning.
