As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll be the voice of the customer, ensuring that users have a smooth and efficient experience with Titan. This includes resolving queries, reporting bugs, and working closely with development teams to improve product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly omnichannel support via chat, email, phone, and social media
• Resolve customer issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Report bugs and contribute to feature documentation
• Collaborate with the development team to suggest improvements and features
• Participate in product planning to prioritize customer feedback
• Deliver a WOW experience to customers
• Work in flexible shifts, including night shifts
