Job Description
Join the Core Data Services team at Ticketmaster and help build a modern enterprise data platform. We are seeking a Platform DevOps Engineer to develop secure, scalable infrastructure and empower engineering teams with robust tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Build and support platforms used by engineering teams and product teams.
• Enable robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Circle CI, or Tekton.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and container tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Support production environments and participate in on-call support rotations.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in DevOps and data engineering.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Production-level programming in Python or other general-purpose languages.
• Proficient in CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, etc.).
• Familiarity with runtime orchestration including serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supporting data platforms or enterprise data lakes.
• Exposure to data pipelines and engineering workflows.
