Job Description:
TIAA Global Capabilities is hiring an Associate - Testing - Generalist to test applications, software products, and hardware to ensure desired behavior. The role involves understanding business processes, domains, and system functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform automated testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, functional testing, and unit testing
• Follow a written test strategy, plan, and methodology
• Interpret AI policy and framework into MLOps architecture
• Design ML data pipelines and engineering infrastructure
• Develop and deploy scalable tools for machine learning training and inference
• Ensure model auditability, versioning, and data security
• Run machine learning tests, experiments, and statistical analysis

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, ML DevOps, or related fields
• Strong software engineering skills in RDMS, SQL, PySpark, and Linux scripting
• Experience with cloud computing, APIs, and real-time data pipelines
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerization
• Exposure to ML methodologies and workflow orchestration tools (KubeFlow, Airflow, Argo)
• Agile methodology and problem-solving skills
