Role Overview:

As an Engineer, Platform Support, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing configuration, enhancement, and integration of business-critical platforms, with a primary focus on NetSuite and other enterprise applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and customize enterprise applications (ERP systems like NetSuite) to support finance, operations, and related functions
• Design and develop workflows, automations, integrations, and reports across multiple systems
• Participate in the testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of system enhancements
• Support user access, role management, data integrity, and day-to-day platform operations
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated system solutions
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to manage system changes and drive innovation

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with enterprise applications like NetSuite
• Experience in workflow design, automations, and system integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely solutions
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to support and manage multiple business systems
• Strong foundation in automation and system optimization

Working Hours Requirement:

This role requires the ability to work US hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST). Flexibility to provide at least a half-day overlap, such as 9 AM to 2 PM EST, is required.
