Join ThoughtClan as a fresher AI/ML Engineer and start your career by working on cutting-edge projects in Data Science, Blockchain, Cloud, and more. You will receive comprehensive training and be assigned to projects involving:

• Machine Learning Model Development & Optimization
• Experimentation, Feature Engineering, and Hyperparameter tuning
• Collaboration with Data Engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines
• End-to-End ML lifecycle management including deployment and monitoring
• MLOps pipeline automation (CI/CD for ML workflows)
• Image & Video Analytics using Python, TensorFlow
• Backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Jenkins
• Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP

🔹 Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or mobile development (Android/iOS)
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) including text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis
• Familiarity with Transformer models like BERT, GPT, T5 and API building using OLlama or similar engines
• Experience in building recommendation systems and real-time ML inference pipelines
• Understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Design Patterns
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt to priorities, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments

• Candidates must be ready to attend in-person interviews in Bangalore
• Selected candidates with remote eLitmus pH test scores must appear for an offline eLitmus test prior to interviews
