Job Description
Join Citco as an IT Junior Test Engineer, where you’ll contribute to the development and execution of automation frameworks and testing processes that ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA members for effective test strategies
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report bugs
- Participate in continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes
- Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test documentation
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in API testing with Postman or REST Assured
- Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
