About the Role

Tequity Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless deployment processes. Your expertise will enhance the scalability, performance, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for high availability and scalability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline code integration and deployment workflows.
• Enhance system security through best practices in access control, data encryption, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python) and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
