About the Role
Techspawn Solutions is looking for an experienced System/IT/Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in cloud technologies, system administration, and DevOps practices. Specific Skillset:

• Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, RDS, Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, Lambda, Redshift) and/or Azure.
• System Administration: Managing Microsoft Windows Servers or Linux-based systems.
• IT Infrastructure: Experience in managing servers, desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and phones.
• Network Management: Setting up and managing file servers, VPN gateways, firewalls, and directory servers like LDAP and Active Directory.
• Backup & Storage: Expertise in server/system backup and storage systems.
• CI/CD Management: Setting up and managing GitLab / Jenkins-based CI/CD environments for web and mobile applications.
• DevOps Automation: Strong knowledge of orchestration and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Jenkins.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Bash, REST APIs, and JSON encoding.
• Security: Experience with role-based security, AD integration, security policies, and auditing in Linux, Hadoop, and AWS environments.
• System Maintenance: Keeping systems running at peak performance, upgrading OS, applying patches, and managing version upgrades.

• System Design & Capacity Management: Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure design.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues during builds, deployments, and production support.
• Performance Tuning: Expertise in memory management, network performance, I/O analysis, and security configurations.
• Software Management: Experience in software licensing, installation, and hardware/network configurations.
• Disaster Recovery: Proven ability to implement disaster recovery solutions and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
