About the Role

TechoMinds is seeking a highly experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to enhance our infrastructure and deployment systems. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure, and AWS cloud environments, with a solid understanding of modern DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Hyderabad. We are especially interested in immediate joiners who are eager to contribute to a high-performance team working on mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support application delivery
• Monitor cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS) for uptime and performance
• Enforce security and compliance best practices across environments
• Maintain and update infrastructure documentation

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for IaC
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
• Strong scripting knowledge: Bash and Python
• Proficient with Azure DevOps and AWS Services
• Strong networking and cloud security fundamentals
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure or AWS DevOps Certifications (Associate/Professional level)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Familiarity with configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef
