Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst specializing in Oracle PAAS Support. You will be responsible for providing incident resolution, change management, and release controls for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical incidents and requests within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (SaaS, PaaS, OIC, VBCS, Oracle Functions, Database, Rest/SOAP, OAUTH).
• Provide expertise on resolving APEX and PAAS technical incidents.
• Assist in defining and validating technical architecture for new or existing interfaces.
• Coordinate technical tasks for Fusion Application projects.
• Document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in testing with end-users and coordinate tasks with global teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, meeting audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS.
• Expertise with Oracle APEX, PaaS, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and integrating Oracle SaaS with PaaS.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Identity Manager.
• Strong skills in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Groovy Script.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security, Database Cloud Service, and Oracle BI Publisher.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.
• OCI Certification.
• Strong customer handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion functional roles and working with implementation consultants.
