DevOps Support Engineer – Shift-Based Model
Remote – India (Ahmedabad, Gujarāt , Delhi, Bangalore)

About the Opportunity
TechBiz Global GmbH is hiring 4 DevOps Support Engineers for one of its top-tier clients in India. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be part of a cloud infrastructure support team. The selected candidates must be able to join on or before 20th July.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS and Azure environments for performance and uptime
• Respond quickly to alerts and incidents, ensuring efficient issue resolution
• Perform scripting and automation tasks (Bash, Python) to streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in English
• Follow defined SOPs and escalation workflows
• Work rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends for 24x7 support

Shift Model

• 4–5 shifts per week per engineer
• Rotational schedule across different shifts (no fixed night/weekend allocation)
• Fair distribution of workload among all engineers

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Support roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure services
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch)
• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Prior experience in 24x7 shift-based roles is a plus
