Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal staff in APAC offices and remote employees.
• Respond to internal IT tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Act as the initial point of contact for IT issues in Mumbai and the APAC region.
• Manage Active Directory functions (user creation, distribution lists, etc.).
• Support Office 365 and other business applications.
• Setup, deploy, and maintain laptops & mobile devices (iOS & Android).
• Assist with onboarding new employees by configuring devices and accounts.
• Procure software and hardware from approved suppliers.
• Maintain internal documentation in Confluence.
• Support global IT teams on projects and tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD.
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
• Prior customer service or IT support experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
• Willingness to work out-of-hours support, if needed.
