Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure across AWS
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation
• Manage CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
• Develop internal tooling and automation for DevOps efficiency
• Design and operate Kubernetes-based microservices
• Manage infrastructure monitoring with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Administer databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Implement secure deployment practices with load balancing and API gateway configuration
• Collaborate across geo-distributed teams and departments

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with AWS Services
• Familiarity with Python, Go, or Shell scripting
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native tech
• REST/gRPC & Protocol Buffers understanding
• Experience in RDBMS/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB)
• CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code tools
• Linux operating system fundamentals
• Observability stacks like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience with configuration management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Fintech, PCI-DSS, SOC2 compliance
• AWS Data Tools: Glue, Redshift, Athena, Quicksight
• Prior startup experience
• AWS Cloud Certifications
• Security standards: OWASP, static code analysis
