Job Description
Join TaskUs, a leading provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience solutions, as a Cloud Engineer. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting and engineering cloud infrastructure for high-growth, next-gen tech companies. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with AWS, Azure, DevOps tools, and cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational & engineering support for cloud infrastructure
- Handle incident, change, release, and capacity management
- Deliver L2 & L3 escalation support for global NOC and Service Desk teams
- Represent cloud engineering in projects and maintain system documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years total IT experience with 1–2 years in AWS or Azure cloud computing
- Hands-on with DevOps tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible YAML, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI
- Experience in Kubernetes, ECS Fargate, Helm Charts
- Strong expertise in Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD
- Experience with cloud patching tools like AWS SSM, Ansible Tower, SCCM
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
