Responsibilities
- Design, code, and maintain scalable software systems
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and feature delivery
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
- Handle operational and incident management tasks independently
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation scripts
- Conduct research on emerging tech, contribute to POCs, and drive innovation
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (CS/IT or related) or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of software development experience
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and data structures
- Experience with code versioning, design patterns, and system architecture
- Passionate about quality, scalability, and clean code practices
