About the Role: Site Reliability Engineer I

As part of the SRE Team within the Technical Operations Centre (TOC), you will be the first line of defense to ensure high availability and performance across all Take-Two games and services. This includes incident response, infrastructure monitoring, cloud systems optimization, and proactive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Windows & Linux Administration: Maintain secure, stable, and high-performance environments
• Monitoring with CheckMK: Ensure health of systems and prompt alerting
• VMWare & vSAN: Manage virtual infrastructure and storage
• Cloud Platforms: Administer AWS, Azure, Splunk, and GCP environments
• Risk Assessment & Incident Response: Identify issues, evaluate impact, and resolve service interruptions
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with game studios during outages and critical alerts
• Daily On-Call Duties: Triage and respond to high-priority alerts

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in a similar SRE role or 3+ years in a related technical support role
• Hands-on experience with cloud operations, live services, and infrastructure tools
• Ability to troubleshoot production systems and proactively mitigate issues
• Strong communicator and reliable team player
• Knowledge of change management, crisis handling, and incident escalation

• Experience leading technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams
