📝 Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Cloud Engineer who is eager to learn, proactive, and driven to work on AWS cloud technologies. You’ll be part of our Managed Services Team, helping monitor and improve infrastructure performance, security, and cost optimization.

🗂️ Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively with AWS Managed Services, Security, and Support.
• Learn and tackle new AWS services and challenges.
• Provide guidance on AWS-related challenges within the team.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure usage, cost, and security.
• Resolve high CPU, low disk space, and other infrastructure issues.
• Perform CloudWatch setup, monitoring, and incident management.
• Support AWS Config, Security Hub, WAF, API Gateway errors, Lambda monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to data-managed services involving RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, EMR, and Data Pipelines.
• Develop reports for clients using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Collaborate across time zones with flexible shift options.

🎓 Mandatory Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with:
  • AWS CloudWatch, Security Hub, AWS Config, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, EC2, VPC, and Cost Management tools.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java or Python).
• Good understanding of core programming concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts for global client support.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud knowledge or certifications (AWS Associate Certification is a plus).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Kibana, Zabbix, or CloudWatch.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in AWS Cloud Services (Freshers with AWS knowledge/certification are welcome).
• Commitment to earning AWS Associate Certification within 3 months of joining.
