Operations Engineer

Job Type:

Full-Time | Hybrid (Hyderabad / Bangalore)

Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications (or equivalent work experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and lead problem management for complex issues
• Coordinate escalated support cases with internal teams or third-party vendors
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Monitor and optimize production servers and applications
• Analyze system performance metrics and generate improvement plans
• Troubleshoot application logs and database-related errors
• Participate in ticket review processes and provide ownership until resolution
• Conduct UAT testing and assist in error research

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning
• Experience in relational databases, scripting, and troubleshooting
• Oracle or SQL Server certifications preferred (OCP, OCA)
• Familiarity with alarm monitoring tools and production environments
