SuperProcure | Human Resource (Intern) - Remote

Location: Remote
Work Type: Internship
Internship Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹5,000/month (Fixed)

Job Summary

SuperProcure is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment and documentation processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, helping enhance professional skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Draft detailed job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds.

Documentation

  • Prepare and manage onboarding documents.
  • Maintain and update the employee database.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing company events.
  • Suggest activities to enhance employee morale.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of full-cycle hiring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Pre-final year or final-year student.
