What You'll Be Doing

Database Management & Optimization

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize MongoDB, Redis, SQL, and ClickHouse databases.
• Implement replication, sharding, and clustering strategies.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Enforce security practices: authentication, encryption, access control.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Manage Docker containers and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Automate scaling, monitoring, and load balancing.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure infrastructure security (RBAC, IAM, compliance frameworks).
• Perform vulnerability assessments and implement patching.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce cloud and database security.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

• Optimize across AWS, GCP, and GKE.
• Implement robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Design high-performance NGINX configurations for large-scale traffic.

Performance Optimization & Reliability

• Fine-tune clusters, databases, and caching for peak performance.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and system recovery.
• Design for high availability, failover, and disaster recovery.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse (replication, clustering, tuning).
• Expertise in cloud security: encryption, IAM, compliance.
• Experience with GCP and GKE.
• Security-first mindset: RBAC, IAM policies, hardening best practices.
