Role Overview

As a Windows Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of the Global Infrastructure Engineering Team, responsible for managing Strada’s public and private cloud infrastructure. You’ll work on automating and optimizing virtual server and storage environments, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Strada's public and private cloud infrastructure
• Automate and optimize virtual server/storage environments
• Design and implement infrastructure projects in collaboration with other teams
• Support Mail Infrastructure including MS Exchange, O365, and Mail Gateways
• Use scripting tools (e.g., VB, PowerShell)
• Administer storage (e.g., NetApp) and Windows systems
• Apply Windows patching and resolve vulnerabilities
• Deploy and manage Active Directory services
• Manage infrastructure services like DNS, DHCP
• Utilize SCCM, Puppet, or other configuration tools
• Leverage virtualization tools such as VMware
• Ensure system security, monitoring, and backup strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of Microsoft system administration experience
• Experience with Azure (preferred), or other public cloud providers
• Hands-on with Linux systems, version control, and configuration tools
• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Red Hat Certification (preferred)
• Comfortable with 24/7 work environment
