About the Role
Stibo Systems is hiring an Associate Systems Engineer to join their 24x7 support team in Bangalore. This role involves resolving technical issues for a global customer base, supporting JAVA-based applications, and collaborating closely with the Cloud Operations and Global Support teams in Denmark and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily issue resolution for global customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer service aligned with SLA guidelines.
• Analyze business impact of incidents and communicate clearly to affected users.
• Collaborate with international support teams (US & Denmark).
• Drive resolutions for low to medium complexity technical issues.

Technologies & Skills Required

• Experience in supporting JAVA or JAVA-based applications.
• 1–3 years working in a 24x7 Support setup.
• Strong OS knowledge: Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Linux 7+ (RHCE certification a plus).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Basic Oracle Database administration and maintenance knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility for shift work.
