Job Summary
Stayahead is hiring a Software Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, and PHP. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and problem-solving and capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and PHP.
• Design and implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations.
• Create and execute automated test cases using Selenium.
• Collaborate with analysts and QA to meet functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in:
  • Java programming and frameworks
  • PHP development and backend scripting
  • Selenium for automation testing
  • EDI standards and integration
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of SDLC
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Git or other version control tools
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices
