🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Data Crunching: Analyze data from various angles and extract meaningful insights.
• 📝 Reporting: Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to create reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• 🔍 Research & Development: Explore different datasets and find innovative ways to process and use data.
• 📈 Data Presentation: Maintain daily trackers and present findings to team leads.
• 🤝 Cross-Functional Support: Provide data solutions for the Production team.
• 🎯 Meet Daily Targets: Achieve data-related goals assigned by the manager.
• 🗂️ Data Management: Use Google Sheets and MS Excel to streamline data research and keep accurate records.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA, MBA, B.Com, etc.)
• 📈 Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• 📊 Basic Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• 💻 Technical Skills (Preferred): Understanding of Python, R, SQL, and data visualization concepts
• 🧠 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• 🗣️ Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills
• 🏎️ Fast Learner: Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a high-growth environment
