Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure operating systems including Windows and Linux
• Work with basic networking concepts: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP
• Gain practical exposure to Linux fundamentals and command-line operations
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and internal networks for smooth functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, especially during night shifts
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Assist in maintaining system security and compliance standards
