Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Cloud Support Engineer to join our global cloud operations team in Bengaluru.
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of Sphera’s cloud-based solutions by monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents across our infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Sphera Cloud products and the underlying platform infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage cloud systems, applications, and network performance.
  • Act as the first responder to automated and user-generated alerts, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Participate in patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities at both infrastructure and application levels.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management and escalation.
  • Document technical processes, issues, and solutions to improve team knowledge.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate key findings and incident updates to peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer support and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 global cloud support environment.
  • Eagerness to learn emerging cloud technologies.
  • Experience or knowledge of public cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure Management.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes and operational best practices.
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-900 / AZ-104) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
