What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Software Developer in Test (SDET) to work on complex projects, testing plans, and Agile (Scrum) frameworks. If you are passionate about modern technologies and enjoy solving challenging problems, this role offers significant growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate on product releases for SOTI solutions.
• Create feature files and develop tests in a BDD framework.
• Conduct code reviews and identify implementation gaps.
• Perform gap analysis to improve regression and release efficiency.
• Engage in end-to-end product release cycles.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct technical training for the team to enhance skills.
• Participate in Agile rituals such as sprint planning, grooming, demos, and provide timely feedback and reports.

Skills and Experience

Must-Have Skills:

• 0 – 1 year of experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills (C#).
• Solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with BDD frameworks and test script creation.
• Hands-on experience with SpecFlow and related tools.
• Knowledge of database and API testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, TFS, Visual Studio, and Jira.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
