About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, recent graduates with a passion for development and strong technical aptitude to join our fast-paced software engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with strong mentorship, hands-on coding, and exposure to enterprise-grade applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop new product features and resolve issues using Java (Spring, Hibernate) and JavaScript (Ajax, Angular)
• Get involved in end-to-end development including database and UI
• Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and collaborative development
• Write clean, testable code and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices
• Use tools like SonarQube, Docker, and Selenium for quality and deployment
• Learn continuously via mentorship and e-learning platforms

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• Backend: Java, Spring, Hibernate
• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript, AJAX
• DevOps: Docker, Selenium, SonarQube
• Others: SQL/NoSQL, Node.js, Microservices
• Plus: Exposure to AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields)
• Recent graduate (within the last year) or up to 1 year of experience
• Consistent academic record (preferred 75% aggregate and above)
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java and data structures/algorithms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ready to commit to a 3-year agreement
• Must complete online assessment and interviews

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to Angular/React/Node.js, Microservices
• Internship/project experience in AI/ML, Cloud, or Blockchain technologies
