The role demands expertise in Windows/Linux OS monitoring, job scheduling tools, ServiceNow ticketing, and basic scripting. Key Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and scheduled jobs
• Detect and triage alerts; initiate runbook-based actions
• Document incidents accurately and update tickets in ServiceNow
• Escalate issues in accordance with incident handling protocols
• Collaborate with global IT teams and support groups
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide excellent customer support
• Leverage monitoring tools for performance and availability tracking
• Conduct basic PowerShell/Bash scripting for log checks and alert diagnostics
• Monitor cloud platforms using tools like AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor
