Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for technical deliverables and contributing to automation and innovation
• Define coding standards for the technology stack
• Participate in code reviews
• Ensure project execution meets client expectations
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team
• Understand and apply Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, TDD, BDD)
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Required Technical Skills:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, and other frameworks
• CI/CD: Jenkins (Configuration as Code)
• Code Quality: Sonar, Jacoco, Checkmarx, TDD, BDD
• Cloud Platform: Azure (AKS), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Other Tools: ELK Stack, Kafka (Connects and Streams)
• Self-starter, adaptable to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Understanding of development cycles: SDLC, Agile, Continuous delivery
