Responsibilities:

• Provide production support and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle, from design to production deployment
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability

Profile Required:

• Knowledge of production support techniques and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
