Job Summary
A Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows-based systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user accounts.
• Monitor system performance, security, and backups.
• Apply patches, updates, and security fixes to Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to users.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of network protocols and security principles.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
