Job Description

SmartQ is seeking a passionate and proactive intern to support our security and IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical exposure in IT support, security awareness, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) while contributing to organizational security and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Security Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing and tracking security awareness training programs.
• Manage and update content on SharePoint and Confluence.
• Support IAM processes such as user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.

IT Support Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset management, and access request records.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of information security and IT support practices.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Interest in IAM and security training programs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
