Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA / Software preferred).
• Passionate fresher or candidates with less than 2 years of Java development experience.
• Strong in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot (mandatory).
• Knowledge of J2EE technologies: Servlets, JSP, Web Application Server.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS; Angular is a plus.
• Excellent logical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team player, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and deploy high-performance applications.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Support the full SDLC including requirement analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge.
• Work with clients through project phases and support transition.
• Participate in process improvement programs.
