Role Overview

Skyflow is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen its cloud reliability, AWS DevOps, Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipeline management, and Infrastructure as Code automation. The role emphasizes production-grade cloud engineering, FinOps awareness, cloud security monitoring, and enterprise SaaS operations.

This position supports US PST time zone operations and offers experience in cloud cost optimization, high-performance cloud infrastructure, Terraform automation, and monitoring of containerized systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and SRE-driven DevOps solutions aligned with PST business hours
  • Design, build, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, and Ansible
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated testing, building, and deployment
  • Operate and maintain Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration environments
  • Implement cloud observability, monitoring, alerting, and logging for production systems
  • Improve system performance, cloud security, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Support cloud migration, modernization, and enterprise SaaS platform reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud automation and high-availability systems
  • Act as a thought leader in site reliability, DevOps best practices, cloud automation, and enterprise operations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, AWS DevOps, or Cloud Operations
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Azure or GCP acceptable)
  • Programming experience in Go (preferred) or Python
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipeline management, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation
  • Proficient in Linux systems engineering, automation scripting, and RDBMS operations
  • Understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response in high availability environments
  • Experience with large-scale distributed cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS deployments
